No entendemos qué es más de lo previsto, siempre hablamos de tiempos medios y los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar hasta 10 días como indican las Condiciones Generales de Contratación. Si usted se refiere a 24/48 horas, es el tiempo que tarda el pedido una vez preparado y en logística, en condiciones normales es el tiempo medio de envío, pero en las circunstancias actuales y en fiestas, no es seguro que se pueda cumplir ese tiempo medio por lo que nosotros siempre hablamos de tiempos medio de entrega. Estamos esperando que nos indique cuando recoger toda la mercancía para poder abonarle todos los importes, ya que usted alega que falta material cuando nuestras cámaras indican que ese material ha sido introducido en el paquete y usted tampoco ha indicado que el paquete le ha llegado abierto o en mal estado.
