En los últimos envíos el albarán/factura no se está poniendo en el exterior de las cajas y hay que sacar todo el material para encontrarlo porque encima siempre está al fondo. Por favor, ponerlo por el exterior como antes. Gracias

Como le hemos indicado en otra valoración, en todos los pedidos que no se solicite que no se incluya documentación, incluimos la factura, la documentación legal y las instrucciones si fuere necesario. No le podemos asegurar que en todos los pedidos vaya la documentación fuera, ya que siempre intentamos que en las cajas grandes si vaya, pero no siempre se puede dar y depende mucho las condiciones. Lo que podemos asegurar es que la documentación, si no se dice lo contrario ya que algunos clientes no quieren que se adjunte, siempre va con los pedidos y los pendientes. Un Saludo

En los últimos pedidos no se envía albarán/factura en el exterior de los paquetes y hay que andar sacando absolutamente todo para encontrarlo, eso, si es que viene dentro. La última vez no vino ningún tipo de documentación ni por fuera ni por dentro.

Estimados clientes, las facturas se envían con el pedido SIEMPRE o en el exterior o el interior salvo que indiquen en el pedido que no quieren factura y embalaje neutro. Así como en formato electrónico PDF en el correo de usuario de donde hacen el pedido pero también usted quieren, y tienen indicado en su ficha, que la factura que la factura se envíe además por correo electrónico a una tercera persona, y así se realiza en cada pedido.
