O produto chegou como descrito. O que correu mesmo muito mal foi a entrega. A transportadora Correos Express atrasou a entrega em mais de 5 dias quando o anunciado era de entregarem em 24 ou 48 horas. Depois a transportadora não tem contacto direto, o cliente é reencaminhado para atendimento automático sem resposta, tratamento do cliente por parte desta transportadora é muito mau. Pelo lado da Adajusa é bom.

El pedido y la facturación fue muy correcto, Adajusa funciona muy bien aunque algunas veces hay que insistir para que descuelguen el teléfono.
El envío ha sido nefasto, Correos Expres decía que no se había podido entregar porque la dirección era incompleta o errónea cuando lo lo era, en esa misma dirección se reciben envíos a diario con distintas empresas de reparto.

Estimado cliente,

Somos una tienda Online, el teléfono está colapsado cuando todas las preguntas se pueden responder por email tranquilamente y mucho antes que por teléfono. Seguimos sin entender por qué todo el mundo insiste en el teléfono. También es de mencionar que aunque nosotros no tengamos Black Friday, es la peor semana para las agencias de transporte, muchos transportistas utilizan este tipo argucias para ganar tiempo, las Agencias lo saben y nosotros lo reportamos como queja, que muchas veces queda en agua de borrajas.
