tengo una telwin 223 treo y la antorcha que tiene para soldar aluminio es una de 15 ,necesitaria una de 25 mejor para el aluminio ? valdria la de 25 para la maquina? me refiero a la de 25 de telwin que venden ustedes

Sí, el modelo 25 sirve para esa máquina, pero ten en cuenta que los consumibles no son iguales. Para aluminio te recomiendo puntas de contacto de Cu-Cr-Zr, y que sea de 3 metros, no más, así que tanto la que tenemos de Telwin como de EDR Torches te sirven. El modelo 25 tiene mayor factor de marcha, por lo que es más robusta que la 15, y para aluminio te irá mejor. También ten en cuenta que tendrías que ponerle la sirga de teflón. Un saludo!.

Buenos días. Para lo que nos indica, la Maxima 160 le iría muy bien, y por supuesto, cualquier otro modelo superior también. En cuanto a la Telwin 180/2, es un modelo que nunca hemos comercializado, pero con una buena regulación es posible que consiga soldarlo. La ventaja de la Maxima es la regulación sinérgica que lleva, por lo que la regulación es muy sencilla. Un saludo!

Buenas. Nosotros tenemos tablas aproximadas de consumo en kW según la intensidad de soldadura, aunque ciertamente esto varía ligeramente según la eficiencia del equipo. En cualquier caso, y como aproximación, estos valores te pueden útiles: 70A --> 2200/2500 kW 115A --> 3300/3500 kW 160A --> 4500/5000 kW 200A --> 5500/6000 kW Espero que te sea útil. Un saludo.
