I paid a higher rate for express delivery. The seller sent the encoder standard delivery. I filed a complaint, which was accepted by the seller. I received a correction document, but despite the seller's declaration, I never received the overpayment. The seller stopped responding to my requests for clarification. 25 euros is a small amount that caused significant embarrassment for the company.

The express delivery issue was caused by an error when the shipment was processed, and unfortunately the refund of the €25 difference was also delayed longer than it should have been. We sincerely apologise for both issues. The refund has now been completed.

We take this kind of feedback very seriously, and we have reviewed the case internally to help prevent a similar situation from happening again.

I was completely satisfied with the way my request was handled, as well as with the speed of your responses. Thank you for your excellent support throughout the process.

However, I would recommend considering a different shipping carrier or, at least, offering customers an alternative shipping option.

Unfortunately, in certain countries, such as Hungary, UPS has a very poor reputation. I have looked into this on several forums, and many customers report similar experiences.

I hope you will consider this feedback for future shipments.

Still have not received the encoder as yet!
Shipment date was 8th November with a delivery date of 11th November.
As of the 16th November and has not been delivered
