El aparato cumple con lo esperado.
Comentar que si el amperaje está por encima del programado el aparato se queda bloqueado y es necesario reiniciarlo, cosa que no ocurre si el amperaje es inferior al programado, en ese caso salta el reloj y espera el tiempo programado para volver a funcionar.(Desearía que hiciese lo mismo en el caso anterior)

Es neceario encenderlo cada vez que deseamos que nos controle el funcionamiento de un equipo.

Vendemos miles de productos de suministros industriales a toda europa y no se puede dar asesoramiento técnico telefónico a demanda telefónica porque es inviable. El servicio de atención al cliente no puede diferenciar lo que es un pequeño asesoramiento de un gran asesoramiento, eso lo tiene que hacer un técnico. Un Saludo

Después de llevar un montón de tiempo comprándoles cables y otros elementos, en mi último pedido no me enviaron 6 metros de un tipo. Me puse en contacto con ellos y me dicen que lo revise bien, que ellos han medido el cable del almacén y lo tienen justo (?). Les digo que si no lo hubiese comprobado bien, no se le hubiera dicho, y que no se preocupasen, que no iba a seguir perdiendo mi tiempo por 4 euros, que en adelante lo compraría en otro sitio. Ni respuesta de su Servicio de atención al Cliente. Cliente perdido

Es muy fácil revisar el cable cortado ya que simplemente a los rollos de donde se corta hay que descontar los metros pedidos, además de revisar las cámaras de las preparaciones de los pedidos para asegurar que el cable está metido en el paquete. Por lo que sabemos perfectamente cuántos metros de cable se han servido. Y ante la amenaza de la compra en otro lado, no sabemos lo que esperaba usted, no contestamos ya que usted es libre de hacer lo que estime oportuno. Un saludo
