Productos que figuraban en stock , no fueron ni enviados, ni se comunicó la falta de stock. El resto de productos se envió 24 horas más tarde , con lo cual el producto llegó 48 horas después de la fecha prevista. Esto me ha pasado los últimos tres pedidos que he realizado.
Nadie me dio solución.

En los pedidos grandes se tiene la deferencia de mandar la mayor parte del pedido de lo que se tiene en los almacenes centrales antes de que lleguen el resto del material que se tiene en los almacenes externos o de los fabricantes, todo el mundo lo suele agradecer ya que se pueden poner a montar sus aplicaciones o empezar a dar mantenimiento o reparación cuanto antes. Siempre existe la posibilidad de negarse y esperar a recibir el pedido entero, lo que puede conllevar esperar mas tiempo para la instalación/reparación/mantenimiento donde vall. Le recordamos que los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar 10 días, lo pone claramente en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan en cada pedido. Un Saludo

Si vous mettez le démarreur sur quelque chose qui tire plus de tension que les 9A du contacteur, cela brûle évidemment le contacteur. Nous vous rappelons que les fournitures industrielles doivent être installées par du personnel qualifié. Cordialement
