pido informacion y me enviais unos accesos directos a vuestra informacion que decia que tanto el de presion como el de vacio eran de 1/4", cuando en realidad los de presion eran de 1/8".
Me tratasteis de ingenuo cuando os pedi confirmacion e informacion adicional, pero sois vosotros los que no enviais lo que se os pide.

Les commandes extrêmement lourdes comme les moteurs ont une logistique différente et plus lente. Si vous n'avez pas reçu la commande, une autre est envoyée, sans problème. Il doit prendre connaissance des conditions générales contractuelles où il est informé de tous les délais d'expédition.

Le fabricant de transformateurs ferme ses portes pour les vacances en août, donc s'il y a une rupture de stock, son produit ne peut pas être fabriqué. Vous n'avez plus qu'à patienter, comme vous l'avez choisi, ou vous faire restituer les sommes. Cordialement

Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi les clients rejettent la commande en raison de dommages car cela ne fait que retarder les retours car ils doivent retourner à l'entrepôt pour vérifier ce qui s'est passé et où se trouvent les produits. Ils doivent TOUJOURS récupérer la commande, nous nous chargeons d'échanger le produit endommagé pour d'autres, du jour au lendemain. Ramassez les commandes telles quelles car les agences de transport ne savent pas quoi faire des colis. Cordialement
