Estimado cliente, Por una equivocación de almacén se le mandaron por equivocación 2 unidades de magnetotérmico de 2 polos y 10A y ninguno de 2 polos 40A. Se puso en contacto con nosotros y se lo subsanamos sin coste , como es menester, e incluso usted aprovechó para el cambio de una bobina. Se le enviaron el día 30 y el 1 ya estaban recibidos, no entendemos lo de la poca formalidad en la llegada porque a nosotros nos consta la recepción en 2 días. Un Saludo

Muy mal, primero pone contrareembolso y me dicen que no se puede, despues por transferencia, hago la transferencia y han pasado 7 dias y aun no me ha llegado nada.

Los pedidos QUE SUPERAN LOS 30 KG o tiene EXCESO DE VOLUMEN, no se pueden mandar a contrarrembolso PORQUE NO HAY NINGUNA AGENCIA que los acepte, NO PORQUE NO QUERAMOS que se envíe ya que el reembolso y el sobrecoste lo paga usted. Pero no es el caso que usted está valorando ya que este pedido que valora ESTÁ ENTREGADO Y SI SE HA HECHO A CONTRARREMBOLSO NO POR TRANSFERENCIA. Si usted se refiere a OTRO pedido, no nos consta que no se haya entregado ningún pedido por lo que tiene que ponerse en contacto en [email protected]. Saludo

Estimado cliente, Entre decenas de productos que piden los institutos es posible que algún material se extravie (que es lo más probable) en pedidos grandes, sobre todo si son productos pequeños. pero no hay problema se vuelve a enviar y listo. De todas maneras esto es una valoración pública del producto no de la tienda, por lo que automáticamente se publica perjudicando gravemente al fabricante si llegara el caso. Tendría que haber hecho esto a lo sumo en la valoración de la tienda, pero en la del producto es completamente injusto. Un Saludo
