Tienen un catálogo muy completo y precios bastante competitivos. Respecto a este pedido quiero informar de un detalle que no me gustó: Solicité el envío de 10 botoneras y me respondieron que no tenían stock y, textualmente: "que tardarían unas 4-6 semanas, en el momento en el que lleguen le podemos avisar para que tramite el pedido."
Respondí al correo confirmando el pedido, pero como tardaban volví a preguntar y me dijeron que ya habían llegado, pero solo quedaban 9 botoneras y que soy yo el que tengo que consultar en la web si vuelve a haber stock.
Ya las he recibido pero ahora tengo que esperar otras 4-6 semanas por la botonera que falta y asumir los gastos de transporte.
Creo que al recibir un encargo deberían reservarlo e informar al cliente, si es necesario pidan un anticipo para asegurar la venta.

Estimado cliente,

Lo sentimos pero no avisamos nunca cuando entra stock a los clientes, porque es imposible. No se ha debido de entender con el Servicio de Atención al Cliente porque no es correcto. No se avisa a los clientes cuando entra stock y no se aceptan como dice usted "encargos", de otra forma la web aceptaría pedidos aunque no hubiera stock y nosotros no vendemos nada que no tengamos en stock. Si se vende algo que no tenemos en stock es porque hay un error entre el sistema de venta y el sistema de almacén. No podemos avisar a cada cliente que quiere un pedido de que ha entrado producto porque tenemos miles de clientes, miles de productos y miles de pedidos por toda Europa. Disculpe las molestias.
