Este aparato, no ha funcionado en ningun momento, al conectarlo y poner algo de carga, salta al momento, lo he enviado a Adajusa, y espero que me envien otro de nuevo, ya he perdido 3 dias, y tengo a una nave esperando colocar el Protector, a ver que pasara entre hoy y mañana, no podre esperar mas, a solucionar el tema.

No disponemos de departamento comercial ya que somos una tienda online, nos imaginamos que se referirá a Servicio Técnico. Y toda la información sobre plazos para las garantías están especificados en la tienda. Servimos eminentemente a empresas y para todos los clientes "son problemas importantes" ya que tienen una instalación, mantenimiento, máquina, etc parado. Por lo que no se puede dar ningún trato de favor a ninguno, entran todos en cola y se van atendiendo según van llegando. Un Saludo
