Después de realizar un cantidad importante de pedidos, hemos tenido un problema con un variador de frecuencia, y la respuesta ha sido darnos el teléfono del servicio técnico de la marca en cuestión. Si nosotros compramos el variador a adajusa, deberá ser este quien se haga cargo del problema. Mal, muy mal.

El variador de frecuencia no es un componente, es un producto eléctrico, ya no tiene garantía de 1 año como cualquier componente sino tiene garantía de 2 años y le tiene que dar soporte el fabricante, exactamente como cuando compra un televisor o una nevera. o un electrodoméstico. Nos gustaría tramitar las garantías y el servicio técnico como cualquier componente de los que vendemos, pero en este caso no es posible ya que hasta el producto lleva un número de serie único para poder tramitar el servicio técnico y la garantía. Disculpe las molestias

El envío ha llegado rápido. Después de la compra recibí email con información dela transacción y información de envío.\nLo único que hay que tener en cuenta cuando se hace pedido es que se añade la IVA, importe de envío ect. Antes de efectuar el pago cada uno puede decidir si le interesa.

Muy descontento con la compra, llamo para informar que soy de Melilla y me dicen que al ser de Melilla tengo que hacer el pedido a nombre de una empresa y por la pagina web suya, hago lo que me dicen y pago mi compra, estando el pedido en caminoy pagado me lo deniegan y no me contestan a los emails

Las condiciones generales de contratación dicen claramente que NO HACEMOS ENVÍOS A MELILLA. Todo pedido se cancelará si el sistema detecta una dirección de Melilla, porque no hacemos envíos allí. Saludos

He realiazado un pedido de productos que supuestamente estaban en stock y no los he recibido después de 10 días. He llamado dos veces para preguntar y la respuesta ha sido que me mandarán un correo que aún no me ha llegado.

En su pedido lo hizo usted el día 14 y se han entregado el día 21, eso suman un total de 7 días no de 10 días. Cuando ustedes llaman para preguntar por su pedido se le remite a que escriba un correo para que le respondan sobre el tiempo aproximado de cuando recibirá su pedido, y que cuando el pedido entre en logística le llegará un correo con el número de seguimiento, no es que alguien mande ningún correo. Nos constan como que los correos de las confirmaciones de pedido y de número de seguimiento se han mandado a su correo correctamente. Y por último recordarle que en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que ustedes aceptan en cada pedido indica que algunos pedidos pueden demorar hasta 10 días, en función de la logística interna o del fabricante.
