Estoy contento con la rapidez y los precios de los productos.

pero en los últimos 3 pedidos siempre ha habido 1 referencia que la he recibido mal. Y al final por el precio de ese producto no me merece la pena hacer un abono.

Pero lo que me indica es que no revisan muy bien los pedidos.

Estimado cliente, enviamos miles de pedidos a toda Europa mensualmente y tenemos baja incidencia en los fallos de almacén. Revisamos los pedidos a conciencia pero puede darse el caso de que haya algún fallo que siempre subsanamos y somos los máximos interesados ya que los retornos y nuevos envíos son costes del que como es obvio nos hacemos cargo.
