Cuando se hizo el pedido se indicaba que el producto llegaría en 24 o 48horas y llego pasada una semana, el producto bien pero el transporte peor imposible.

Estimado cliente, Los pedidos aunque muchas veces se entreguen en 24 o 48 horas no significa que todas las veces se puedan entregar en este Cuando usted hace el pedido indica que el servicio de entrega es de 24/48 horas una vez preparado el paquete, que en este caso al ser su pedido de un motor trifásico su logística y envío es muy diferente a otros productos. Le recordamos que tienen que leer las condiciones generales de contratación, donde se especifican los tiempos de envío, cuando las aceptan antes de completar el pedido. Un Saludo

Usted ha comprado perfilería al corte con una medida específica indicada por usted. Se avisa de los plazos de entrega en las condiciones de contratación que ustedes aceptan en cuando hacen un pedido. Estos pedidos que tienen un alto manipulado en estos instantes de altísima demanda y escasez de materiales están sufriendo retrasos constantes. Disculpe las molestias.
