Tardaron mucho tiempo en mandar el pedido. Tuve que llamarlos yo para informarme porque ellos no decían nada y me dijeron que había un rotura de stock. Deberían avisar ellos de eso y no tener al cliente preocupado. Mandaron unos días después el pedido por Correos Express y tardaron en entregarlo tres días más de la fecha de entrega que indicaba el número de seguimiento. El producto finalmente llegó bien

Si el pedido está dentro de los 10 días indicados en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación no damos aviso porque está dentro de lo indicado cuando ustedes hacen el pedido, que recomendamos leer esas condiciones además de aceptarlas. Todo el seguimiento del estado del pedido lo puede hacer por la web, El aviso si usted no se hubiera puesto en contacto con nosotros lo hubiera recibido al décimo día de haber hecho el pedido, pero si usted lo quiere saber antes, para eso está el Servicio de Atención al Cliente. Sobre la entrega en 3 días de la agencia de transporte no le podemos indicar salvo que el paquete era extremadamente pesado.
