He comprado un articulo que describía unas características y me ha llegado sin esas características. He realizado dos llamadas y un correo electrónico para poder cambiarlo ya que por la web he sido incapaz ( entiendo que se podrá pero fui incapaz) y después de 15 días aun no se nada, no me parece bien. Esperare otra semana mas y si no reclamaré la compra ya que lo pague con pay pal.

Estimado cliente, nos consta que usted ha llamado y se le ha contestado. También se pudo comprobar durante la conversación que usted tenía los correos en Correo No Deseado y no había mirado. También se pudo comprobar que las características del producto eran las correctas, ya que efectivamente el producto era de cinco días. Y por último También consta que usted ha tramitado la devolución pese a que el producto estaba correctamente descrito. Le sugerimos que antes de decir cosas que no son, que se compruebe, que antes de valorar a la tienda tiene que asegurarse que los medios de comunicación funcionan y se reciben los correos, y que en ADAJUSA se pueden devolver los productos y no hace falta abrir disputa alguna.
