No puedo opinar sobre la atención al cliente, porque no lo he necesitado en ningún momento.
El envío muy bien y en tiempo.
En cuanto al dispositivo adquirido, pues justo lo que me esperaba. Un I.G.A. bipolar bien acabado, sólido y robusto y con las borneras muy accesibles para el destornillador.

Para el envio hay que estar un poco encima para que lo envien con unos plazos razonables.
Por todo lo demas perfecto , lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. el trato , y el produccto.
Un pero a destacar es que van entre un 10 o 15 por ciento mas altos de precio de lo normal . y en algunos productos algo mas ( tambien destaco que en otros van muy bien) . Hablando de mis pedidos he comprobado que van un 10% mas caros en relacion calidad precio y la competencia.
yo les propuse una mejora de precio y me dijeron que no y por eso no he vuelto a realizar pedidos.
de todas maneras tienda seria , buenas calidades y buen servicio.
