Estimado cliente, No es política de empresa dar más servicio técnico por teléfono, la mayoría de las preguntas poco o nada tienen que ver con los productos, mucho con las instalaciones/aplicaciones y no somos los adecuados para ello, ya que para esas preguntas deben contactar con personal cualificado que les asesore. Nuestros ingenieros contestan más rápido por correo electrónico/formulario web que por llamadas, y necesitaríamos un ejército de ingenieros y muchísimas horas solamente para escuchar las preguntas de todos los clientes por lo que es inviable. y compatible con los precios que tenemos. Cumplen con su función pero se nota mucho que son baratas.

La tapa va fijada con un muelle interior, que parece funcionar bien, de momento.

El problema es que hay que ir con bastante cuidado al hacer las conexiones.
Las plaquitas metálicas interiores que hacen de abrazadera para los cables no tienen tope, si te pasas destornillando (para abrirlas y así poder entrar los cables), se caen del tornillo al que están roscadas y hay que desmontar el enchufe entero para volverlas a poner.
No me gusta demasiado el tema de estas plaquitas metálicas que hacen de abrazadera / fijación para los cables... se ven muy frágiles y cutres.

Yo he conseguido fijar los cables bien con ellas, pero no me han gustado nada.
Si lo llego a saber, habría comprado tomas exteriores empotrables de más calidad.
