Me costó confirmar el pedido ya que no es posible hacer consultas telefónicas, todo se debe hacer por mail y de cada 5 preguntas me respondían una cada vez.
Lo que hubiese resuelto en 3 minutos de conversación con un técnico me costó media mañana de mails ( al menos 5 o 6).
Os aseguro que si tengo que enviar un mail mas no hago el pedido.
No puedo entender que la atención telefónica no sea un absoluta prioridad en vuestra empresa, venderíais el doble. Os lo puedo asegurar.

Vendemos a toda Europa y nuestros técnicos no pueden estar atendiendo telefónicamente a dudas, que la mayoría se resuelven en 1 email, porque es inviable. No podemos tener ingenieros al disposición telefónica cuando el importe de los pedidos es bajo, por eso ofrecemos los precios que ofrecemos. Saludos ADAJUSA
