Buena calidad en los productos.
Un periodo de envío excesivo, el 80 por ciento de las veces 7 a 8 días.
Y el servicio post venta deja mucho que desear, no tienen un trato amable y paciencia con los clientes. Es lo peor que tienecadajusa.

Estimado cliente,

Es que las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando hacen los pedidos indican que los pedidos pueden llegar a tardar 10 días, pero para eso tiene usted que leerlas antes de aceptarlas. Sobre la mala atención recibida indicarle, que los productos se pueden devolver cuando ustedes quieran dentro del periodo indicado, también lo indica en las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que aceptan cuando hacen los pedidos. No hace falta poner alguna excusa como que están mal las fichas del producto si no es así, porque el Servicio de Atención al Cliente pondrá en marcha el mecanismo por si existiera algún error, y le indicará o no si existe dicho error, en su caso no existía pero en todo caso usted puede devolver el producto como así ha sido sin alegar excusa alguna, porque así lo indican las Condiciones Generales de Contratación que deben leer y así le podrán quedar claro los plazos en todas las ocasiones.

Mas se, apesar disso, não quiser utilizá-los, deverá falar com o seu banco para lhe informar quais são os prazos das transferências internacionais para que possam ser agilizadas, tendo em conta que podem haver vários feriados nacionais consecutivos. que os impeçam de receber o banco destinatário não cumpra os prazos de recepção indicados pelo seu banco. De nossa parte, revisamos os pagamentos escolares várias vezes ao dia, todos os dias.
