motore arrivato non nuovo ma ricondizionato, sverniciato e rotto in punta all'albero per imballaggio non conforme , inoltre per il reso ho dovuto pagare e creare un etichetta di spedizione a mio carico , e adesso sono in attesa del rimborso del prodotto.

I motori non sono ricondizionati, non mentire. Se il tuo motore è stato urtato durante il trasporto hai 24/48 ore per fare reclamo, dopodiché dovrai spedirlo e il nostro team tecnico valuterà se l'attrezzatura è stata davvero danneggiata dal trasporto o perché l'hai installata. Non è normale affermare che il motore è rotto giorni dopo. Saluti ADAJUSA

PURTROPPO non era imballato bene ed e' arrivato con alberino e chiavettta piegata, inoltre si notava sverniciature su tutta le pareti quindi secondo noi e' un usato ricondizionato non conforme al nuovo che abbiamo ordinato.

Buenos días , el primer pedido lo tengo que recoger en vuestra oficina porque me equivoqué . He llamado unas cuantas veces para que me lo enviaran o mandar mensajero pero nunca soy capaz de contactar.

Tiene que ser usted el que haga el pedido a Contrarrembolso o a portes debidos, si un pedido no se ha realizado así solamente le queda cancelar y hacer uno nuevo. Le recordamos que todas estas gestiones se pueden hacer por la web o por email, ya que por teléfono debido a la alta demanda suele ser un medio más lento que el propio correo electrónico.
