El envío salió casi 48 horas después del pago, y llegó casi a las 72 h.
En la etiqueta del paquete, a pesar de todos los datos claros que les suministré, solo figuraba mi nombre y la dirección. Como hay dos instituciones que compartimos dirección, le llegó a la otra y menudo infierno para averiguar dónde estaba.
Les llamé para saber cuándo salía el envío y no cogen el teléfono. Al correo, sin embargo, sí contestan con agilidad.

Todos nuestros procesos están automatizados y las direcciones las introducen ustedes, la información se pone en los campos de dirección extra que tienen los formulario. Y le recordamos que aunque ustedes llamen para saber donde está su pedido, la información la tienen en la web y en sus correos electrónicos, y que la forma más rápida saber si aún así quiere saber dónde está su pedido es por email, ya que por teléfono es un proceso bastante más lento y está todo el mundo haciendo preguntas de ese tipo, que perfectamente se pueden encontrar tanto en la web, como en sus correos, en el seguimiento de la agencia de transporte, etc. Saludos ADAJUSA
