Mentirosos.

Ponen en su pagina web productos como si fueran originales, pero son chinos barratos.

Yo pedi un carburador STIHL, llego y di cuenta que no es original.

Tenía que pagar el envio de la devolución aun que admitieron de su error...

Nos gustaría aclarar que en la ficha de producto de nuestra web se indica claramente que es un repuesto compatible por lo que en ningún momento se anuncia como recambio original. A sí mismo el echo de ser compatible no significa que sea un producto de baja calidad

He comprado una podadora a batería y pasado no funciona bien. Al llamar dice en tono de burla no entra en garantia si mirarla.

Como le hemos indicado las cuchillas no entran dentro de la garantía y si la máquina tiene casi dos años y masca los cortes es un desgaste de la cuchilla o contrahoja no un defecto de la tijera

Me dijeron que tenian recambio original de la desbrozadora Kawasaki TH48,investigando me doy cuenta que el repuesto que compre está en AliExpress por 13 eur,el mismo repuesto.
Una vergüenza y un engaño.
No son recambios originales !!!!!!!!!!!

Nosotros no vendemos repuesto de Aliexpress ni nada parecido puede pedir el de 13€ de Aliexpress y comparar calidad.

Hice un pedido de unos repuestos para unas tijeras eléctricas antes de medio día y al día siguiente ya tenia el paquete en casa. Pregunté por whatsapp unas dudas y a los pocos minutos me las resolvieron. Para mi totalmente recomendable.
