Reviews La Casa de las Setas

I usually order these mushrooms with a different company and have good success, however I thought I’d try La Casa de la Setas as they are based in Spain. The order arrived and I set them up as per the instructions, the set up is similar to how I have previously grown them so with sterilised equipment, face mask, and gloves I followed instructions on temperature and misting. Growth stalled after a few weeks so I emailed customer support and was advised to leave it a little while longer. Then the boxes discoloured, I emailed customer support again however I received no response. I followed up 2 days later and still nothing, then 2 days after that. The only thing I have recieved is 2 emails asking me to review their product, so here I am writing a review for their mushrooms and their customer service, both of which I have found to be terrible.
Normalmente pido estas setas a otra empresa y me va bien, pero pensé en probar con La Casa de la Setas, ya que están en España. El pedido llegó y las preparé según las instrucciones. La preparación es similar a la que he hecho antes, así que con equipo esterilizado, mascarilla y guantes seguí las instrucciones sobre temperatura y nebulización. El crecimiento se estancó después de unas semanas, así que envié un correo electrónico a atención al cliente y me aconsejaron esperar un poco más. Entonces las cajas se decoloraron, volví a enviar un correo electrónico a atención al cliente, pero no recibí respuesta. Seguí el mensaje dos días después y seguía sin haber nada, y dos días después. Lo único que he recibido son dos correos electrónicos pidiéndome que reseñara su producto, así que aquí estoy escribiendo una reseña de sus setas y su servicio de atención al cliente, que me han parecido pésimos.

Pretty good, the article is as described and exactly what I was looking for and delivery was timely.

It’s fresh. The taste wasn’t too strong but I like it. It’s a good product

It didn’t arrive first with the rest of my order. But I contacted support team, they messaged me back fast and told me it wasn’t sent yet, informed me about the timeframe. I got the lions mane, it looks good, tastes good and very fresh. I recommend! :)
