Leider wurden mir die falschen Spitzen zugeschickt, anstatt 22mm Innendurchmesser sind es nur 20mm so daß ich meine Holzstangen bearbeiten muss damit sie passen.

Diese Spitzen sind auf der Innenseite mit der Herstellergrößenangabe gekennzeichnet, die dem Durchmesser entspricht, und wir stellen sicher, dass die gelieferte Größe der vom Kunden bestellten entspricht. Wir wissen, dass es bei der Auftragsabwicklung manchmal zu Fehlern kommen kann, und würden uns freuen, wenn du uns solche Fälle per E-Mail mitteilst, damit wir versuchen können, das Problem zu beheben, bevor du den Kauf negativ bewertest.
