Muito bom desinfetante e virucida preço muito bom quando comparado com outros congéneres, já tinha comprado uma vez e melhorou bastante o formato de pistola doseadora foi melhorado face á primeira versão de doseador fino, também me pareceu menos forte no aroma irritação vias aéreas face á primeira versão que era bastante forte contudo será sempre aconselhável evitar respirar os vapores do aroma e usar uma máscara de proteção adequada. Deixa uma aroma fresco tipo maça no ar.

Inconveniente: Pistola doseadora não veda bem quando se prime o gatilho acaba sempre por pingar algum produto para as mãos o que não é bom e obriga a que se tenha que usar luvas. Sugiro que o fabricante melhore este aspeto tal como fez com a pistola doseadora.

Serviço 5 estrelas produtos ótimos, prazo de entrega perfeito.
Como sugestão deveriam criar um serviço de apoio On line - Chat On Line em tempo real por forma a aconselhamento de produtos pois por email é um processo que não é muito comodo. Quanto ao sistema de envio apenas um reparo pois não é nada prático conduz para um site de um sistema Zeleris que de nada é util pois não é a transportadora que faz envio, mas sim a transportadora DHL ou outra, no caso a DHL tem um funcionamento péssimo bem como o atendimento cliente da dita transportadora para localizar envios.

Muchas gracias por su opinión. Actualmente tenemos un servicio de chat en tiempo real mediante watshap, pero estamos estudiando poner un servicio de chat como usted nos sugiere. En cuanto al envío, estamos hablando con Zeleris para que mejoren su servicio de seguimiento cuando realizamos envíos fuera de España. Muchas gracias por su opinion.
