El envío, la verdad que no ha sido muy rápido, pero no me importa, prefiero que sea barato que rápido.
La atención de la empresa me ha encantado, me han regalado un montón de muestras gratuitas para probar y me han puesto un mensaje a boli dándome las gracias por confiar en la empresa con un pequeño descuento para la próxima compra. En fin...muy bien, no abundan estas cosas.

Buenos días Pilar,
Siento tu mala experiencia. Nosotras pagamos el servicio Premium en correos para que llegue como máximo en 48 horas. Normalmente los pedidos se entregan en 24h pero no podemos controlar todo (personal de correos, rutas...).
Si alguna vez quieres volver a pedir también se puede enviar por MRW.

Siento que la experiencia de compra no fuese buena por la tardanza en el envío.
Nosotras pagamos a correos el servicio premium con el que aseguran entregar en 24-48h max pero no siempre es como nosotras desearíamos.
