El envío fue genial, super rápido.

Intenté contactar con atención al cliente para hacer una consulta y lamentablemente no pude tener una respuesta, ni por teléfono, ni tampoco recibí respuesta a mi email por lo que no puedo dejar un buen review con relacin a este aspecto.

Afortunadamente, pude continuar con mi pedido y lo he recibido satisfactoriamente.

Todo muy bien, ya conocía el producto y lo tienen a buen precio. Me enviaron unas muestras adicionales de otros productos. El envío lo hice por MRW y fue muy bien. Los recomiendo!

Lo único que le sugerira a la tienda es que no hay necesidad de envolver cada producto en papel individualmente, a menos de que el cliente lo pida explícitamente o el producto sea delicado. En el caso de mi pedido cada media viene protegida en su caja, y a su vez venían dentro de la caja del envío, pienso que con eso es suficiente, por consideración con el ambiente y también será menos gastos para ustedes. Gracias.

El paquete y la mercancía perfecto, me encató que me mandaseis muestras de cremas . El envío con correos horrible, era un envío a domicilio y terminé yendo a buscarlo a una sucursal lejana a mi casa, no me avisaron a qué hora venían , no esperaron ni 3 min a que viniera el portero, y no aparecieron una segunda vez como me dijeron.

Sentimos mucho lo del envío, normalmente correos trabaja muy bien pero como todos los transportes depende mucho de la zona.
También tenemos envíos con MRW por si quieres cambiar de transporte la próxima vez.
