Pongo 1 estrella porque sino no me deja opinar!! Me han estafado con el producto, a punto de caducar y al usarlo no ha dado ningún efecto alisante, es una vergüenza la atención post venta porque se desentienden de todo y te dan largas. El producto no era barato y me costo casi 200€. He reclamado muchas veces pero sin recibir ningún solución y reza para q te respondan!!! ESTAFA!

Hola,yo hice un pedido el día 18/3/22 y esta es la fecha 3/5/22 q no he recibido mis productos ,me enviaron un msj diciendo q ya lo habían entregado pero a mí no fue y ese mismo día llame para comunicarlo y después de esa llamada le siguieron como 7 u 8 llamadas más q hice yo ,y siempre el mismo cuento ,mandé correos electrónicos q nunca fueron respondidos ,así q lamentable mente mis 27 € perdidos ,sin productos y sin ganas ya de volver a llamar ,ni a comprar nada por esta página ,en mi caso fue una experiencia lamentable !

Tu paquete nos llegó devuelto por Correos. No sabemos cómo eso a podido pasar, pero en cualquier caso, volvimos a enviarlo a la dirección de tu casa y lo recibiste. Tenemos el justificante de entrega.

Habían 2 errores en la dirección: la ciudad, que es Barakaldo y no Bilbao y en la almohadilla antes del número del portal.

Lo enviamos por 2a vez por SEUR para que te llegara con la máxima urgencia.

Pedimos disculpas por la molestia, aunque el fallo haya sido ocasionado por Correos, una vez que tu pedido salió correctamente e en la fecha de compra.
