Tuve problemas con el envío porque confundisteis la dirección de facturación con la de envío y no me disteis solución hasta pasada 1 semana. Tengo vuestra confirmación del pedido para demostrar que puse la dirección perfectamente y fue vuestro el error.

Debido a la situación que vivimos estamos gestionando muchos asuntos y la cantidad de trabajo es elevada, y los plazos se pueden dilatar ligeramente. Aún así,solucionamos la incidencia en la mayor brevedad posible.
Por otro lado, quisieramos explicarte que la dirección de envío y facturación las facilita el cliente y con ellas automáticamente la factura y la etiqueta de envío. Nosotros no la tocamos, a menos que se lo pida el cliente por email o teléfono.

Una vez más, sentimos mucho la situación pero te agradecemos enormemente que hayas confiado una vez más en Alisado Brasil.

El envío creo que tardó bastante, lo compre el 2/ 6 y me llegó el 11/6. No llega en 24/48 H.
Pero la atención telefónica , la verdad inmejorable , y el producto también me ha gustado bastante, compré alisado kativa para cabello oscuro, y tengo que decir que no aclara nada el color , las mechas quizás un poco
