He hecho un pedido urgente 24/48 horas en el lunes. Ya estamos en el viernes. Y todavía no he recibido nada. Intención de cliente 0. Ni por mail ni por WhatsApp ni por llamadas nadie me responde.
Espero que me solucionarías y enviareis los productos o devolvedme dinero.

Realice un pedido el martes 2 por la noche y cuenta e envío a partir del miércoles 3 de abril. Pague envío express (24/48h) porque lo necesitaba el sábado. Llamo el jueves por la mañana y me lo cogen a la primera y me dicen que debería a ver salido el miércoles pero no había packagin y que esperan que llegue ese jueves para así enviar el producto. Que el viernes me llegaba. No llegó, no me cogieron el teléfono durante todo el día, habré llamado Almenos 15 veces a lo largo de todo el día y sin respuesta. Les mando un email y tampoco obtengo respuesta… muy descontenta la verdad, porque no tengo ni un número de seguimiento ni nada con lo cual ni sé si me va a llegar el pedido…

En principio si, depende del largo del cabello y la cantidad, pero si normalmente se utilizan unos 50 gr. es decir tendrias para dos

No tenemos disponible hasta el martes o miercoles de la semana que viene por lo que no te puedo dar la fecha, la cantidad de ml, por tratamiento varia en función del largo y la cantidad de cabello pero suele utilizarse unos 50 ml.

¿Tiene fecha de caducidad? ¿Cuanto tiempo puede durar el bote abierto?

Hola Maria todos los productos llevan nº de lote y fecha de caducidad obligado por la legislación Española, lo importante es que lo cierres en terminar tu piensa que es como un champú que tendrás varios. Estos tratamientos aguantan las fechas de caducidad las exigen en sanidad, pero si el producto te ha caducado hasta los 6 meses posteriores puedes usarlos, a no ser que notes que la estructura o la viscosidad del producto cambie. No se si te he podido responder es que son muchos productos y cada uno puede perder o no propiedades con lo que te recomiendo que lo utilices no mas tardar de dos meses de vencimiento.
