Buenas tardes realicé el pedido el domingo y ayer por la tarde al no recibirlo os hablé para reclamarlo puesto que considero que el pago del envío es alto para no recibirlo en el tiempo indicado,os envíe un gran mensaje por vuestro número de whatsap con mi disconformidad y ni siquiera me contestasteis,lo cual contenta no he quedado en esta compra.

Eres un impresentable, espero que te comas las botellas y no vendas ni una. Un sinvergüenza, Menos mal que no eres el único que vende el alisado. Espero que los posibles compradores lean esta opinión y no te compren nada. Y encima un carero he encontrado la botella mucho más barato en otro sitio y que funciona bien tanto la atención como el servicio.

Hola Eva, se te ha prohibido la venta porque no eres peluquera, estos productos son profesionales y no se pueden vender a particulares, te recuerdo que has intentado comprarlo dos veces una como particular y otra con una empresa de Melilla y en las dos ocasiones se te ha devuelto el dinero inmediatamente. Sentimos no poder vender a particulares, pero son normas de la empresa.

El servicio de compra sin problemas. Pero en cuanto a envío: Recibí el pack en condiciones deficientes El Paso 1 venía derramándose. Una parte de la caja y su envase empapados del producto. Revisé que no se había caído una cantidad excesiva y me lo dejé, porque ya contaba con él para esa fecha y devolverlo sería un lío (y porque era el anti residuos y no El Paso 2 el que se derramó). No entiendo que puedan venir mal sellados los productos si son nuevos y originales. Esto no debería ocurrir, da desconfianza sobre la manipulación de un producto, cantidades y calidad.
