My experience at Amarama was pure delight. I got the hour long Biologique Recherche custom facial. My esthetician, Carmen, was so lovely and very thorough in preparing me for my facial. After the treatment she walked me through each step of her process and suggested various products I could use to maintain the work she completed.

I unfortunately have sun spots from not wearing enough sunscreen. The facial did seem to improve the skin tone a bit, but because of the years of damage one treatment alone would not be enough. However, I did see a slight difference in the uneven skin tone & texture. Post treatment, my skin was very soft and actually looked brand new.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you're visiting from the US as the Biologique Recherche price points are at least $20 - $30 lower than what you'd pay in the US. NYC specifically. I look forward to hopefully visiting again someday. An amazing experience all around!

La experiencia con Amarama fue buena pero el servicio de mensajería deja mucho que desear. Dicen que te lo llevan a casa y es falso, acabas recogiendo el paquete en el centro de mensajería. Una pena pues te quedas con mal sabor de boca al final.

Gracias María por compartir tu experiencia. Las empresas de transporte funcionan con el sistema de franquicia, y desafortunadamente todas tienen alguna ofician que no funciona del todo bien. Globalmente NACEX es de las más fiables, y tienen un departamento de calidad que se encarga de minimizar las incidencias. Como te comentamos por email, en el caso de tu envío lo que nos trasladan es que el mensajero las dos veces que intentó la entrega no encontró al conserje ni tampoco pudo contactar por teléfono contigo. Estoy muy contenta con mi experiencia en Amarama. Las instalaciones son impecables y cuentan con un ambiente muy relajante y acogedor.
Los masajes son excepcionales, son muy profesionales y se aseguran de que te sientas cómoda y atendida en todo momento.
Recomiendo este centro a todos los que buscan un lugar de calidad para cuidarse y relajarse. Tienen muchos tratamientos y sin duda, volveré.

Los productos y la rapidez genial y el servicio de amarama, no tan contenta con la empresa de mensajería pues no tiene posibilidad de puntos de recogida lo cual lo complica por mis horarios de trabajo
