Es la primera vez que he comprado este producto y me han parecido que estan un poquito fuertes, pero se soluciona añadiendo un poco más de aceite de oliva virgen extra. De esta manera a quienes le gusten más ácidas no añaden más aceite y bien para todos.

Si puede ser, el punto a cada persona le gustan de una forma y el punto de los boquerones depende de cada fabricante o "lote", pero nos encanta tu consejo para quien le perezcan también fuertes.

Gracias por su opinion, como le informamos, estos productos se elaboran cada día, y debido al premio ganado por la marca y que estábamos en plena costera de la anchoa, no hubo stock varios días, 4-5 días, cuando se trae pescado de la lonja no se elabora anchoa, solo se limpia el pescado fresco del día y esto hace imposible reponer las latas. Es lo bueno y malo , bueno que solo tenemos producto artesano y lo más fresco, lo malo que ha veces no podemos cumplir esas 24 o 48 horas... Pero esto es lo que nos hace únicos, el producto de pequeños artesanos que disfrutamos haciendo os partícipes.
