Statt dessen wurden alle Packungen, ich habe zwei komplette packets gekauft, lieblos in eine Schachtel geworfen. Schade, Chance verpasst

Toda la razón, este envío sufrió un retraso inexplicable, ya tomamos todas las medidas y reclamaciones a la agencia encargada para que en esa zona tomen medidas. Desde nuestra pequeña empresa solo podemos reclamar y quejarnos en mayor medida en su nombre y en el nuestro por estropear nuestro trabajo y su experiencia.

No creo que una empresa ,en teoría, con su importancia, tenga tanta demora (en la entrega) por ….falta de stock????
Me sale mejor ir yo mismo a la fábrica a por los artículos .

Hola Mikel, como le informamos por email se produjeron dos circunstancias, teníamos la marca de anchoas en promoción este mes y agotamos el stock rápidamente, la conservera aprovecho para cerrar por obras esa semana de su pedido, pero el lunes cuando fue el primer día de trabajo, las anchoas recién fabricadas son para nosotros, los primeros, por ello siempre tenemos el producto más fresco. En esta ocasión no fuimos lo rápidos que habitualmente somos. Esperamos que para otra ocasión seamos como siempre. Un saludo y gracias por tu comentario.
