Hice el pedido el día 3 de abril y hace una semana que la piedra se desprendió y por supuesto ,no la envontré.
Les he mandado dos emails y no me han contestado.
Así que h
Muy mal ,primero por que la piedra se caiga en una semana y segundo por no contestarme nada.

Ante todo le pedimos disculpas y entendemos su malestar por no haber respondido a su correo en cuanto nos lo envió. Sentimos que el anillo que le llegó a los pocos días se desprendiera la piedra. No es habitual en nuestras joyas que eso suceda en tan poco tiempo, por ello, consideramos que es un defecto de fábrica o engarzado de la piedra. Vamos a solucionarlo lo antes posible, devolviendo la joya a fábrica para que le pongan una nueva piedra y la verifiquen bien. Esto no supondrá ningún coste para usted y en todo momento, durante todo este proceso, se le mantendrá informada a través de teléfono, whatsapp o correo electrónico. Le pedimos que cualquier duda que tenga nos la comunique, se le atenderá con prioridad.
