I needed to replace two worn/damaged tires with exactly the same Firestone All-Season radial tires in order to match the two other good tires on my car. But only Auto Fashion came up in a search for them online and I didn't know where else to find them, so went there. The gal at the Auto Fashion office was friendly, kind and helpful. But it turns out Auto Fashion does not stock the tires; they are evidently just an office middleman that sells tires for other businesses and then sends you to them for installation. So after I paid Auto Fashion for the tires, the gal sent me to the Bridgestone service center where the tires are actually located and installed. Bridgestone was VERY prompt, careful and professional in installing the new tires. They also advised me of rim damage to one wheel and where to go to have that repaired, which I did (Alfredo's Rim Repair, which also provided immediate and great service). If Bridgestone had come up in my online search for these specific tires, I would have gone there first to buy them and saved money and time. Next time I will know better and do so. But kudos to Auto Fashion for letting the online world know these tires are available in Santo Domingo. I am glad to have them, and they got my business this time as their reward.
