Hola Lorena!, sentimos mucho el retraso, tienes que contar que se ha juntado semana santa y algunos problemas de logistica muy puntuales a causa del COVID-19. Respecto a contactar con nosotros contestamos todos los correos, estamos de L a V de 10:00 a 14:00 tanto el en teléfono como en Whatsapp o chat online. Si lo deseas podemos realizarte un abono al momento.

Es más grande de lo que pensé, pero seguro mi bebé irá cómoda, aún no nace así que no lo he probado. No me ha gustado la tela con la que viene forrado, así que si venden forros recomendado comprarlos con ellos es muy delgadita la que trae. El soporte del techo o el manillar que trae tiene algo de juego y aunque no se cambia de posición, tampoco se queda totalmente estable, no se si es un problema de mi capazo o vienen así de fábrica.

Recién la recibí y aún no nace mi bebé para usarla, pero parece un buen producto. Me vino con los adaptadores click & go de britax pero no con los receptores para que encaje en la silla de paseo, quería comprar todo junto pero el asesor me dijo que no eran necesarios, así que tengo un problema.
