Estimado cliente, como se describe en nuestra ficha de producto el certificado de calibración ENAC tarda en llegar a su correo electrónico de 10 a 15 días hábiles. Usted realizo su pedido el día 05/03/2019 el cual recibio el día 06/03/2019 por lo que estaríamos dentro del plazo de entrega de dicho certificado. Rogamos tenga paciencia y en caso de nos recibirlo dentro de ese plazo le invitamos a que se ponga en contacto con nuestro servicio de atención al cliente en el teléfono 916971589, estaremos encantados de atenderle.

Falta certificado ENAC que esta pagado y no lo he recibido. La factura tampoco la he recibido. Vaya formalidad.

Estimado cliente en relación a su pedido hemos realizado las comprobaciones pertinentes y por lo que vemos usted hizo el pedido el día 26/02/2019 el cual recibió el día 28/02/2019. El certificado se le envió vía email el día 07/03/2019 el cual recibió en el plazo de entrega estipulado ya que los certificado ENAC se entregan en unos 10 - 15 días aproximadamente (información indicada en dicho producto). Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas, seguiremos mejorando.

Envio rápido. Atención mala, he solicitado 2 veces el certificado ENAC de la pesa, y no lo he recibido. Pagar, si que está pagado por adelantado, pero eficacia????

✔Tanto el producto como la atención prestada ha sido correcta y profesional.
Comence a tener dudas he incertidumbres porque el Certificado ENAC que solicite empezaba a tardar mas tiempo del previsto pero cuando volví a preguntar por él me respondieron de inmediato y el certificado llego en el tiempo que me dieron nuevamente, con lo cual todo correcto
