Pedí el plato de ducha a principios de diciembre y no me ha llegado hasta finales de enero, ya pensaba que no me iba ni a llegar. Es para una obra y me la han tenido totalmente parada.

No volveré a comprar mas en esta pagina.

Lamentamos lo que nos comenta. Debido al periodo vacacional de Navidad, algunos fabricantes cierran y los plazos pueden verse demorados.

Este retraso en la entrega no suele ocurrir habitualmente, sentimos que tuviera paralizada su obra durante este periodo.

El plato de ducha que me vino no tenía color marrón . Está claro que el tono del cemento varía pero el color marrón no estaba. A parte el bordeado llano tampoco estaba .es decir directamente están las pendientes que aunque funcionen bien supongo no están muy definidas.

Como se le indicó en su consulta vía WhatsApp sobre este asunto, el plato recibido es el correcto. Como se especifica en nuestra web, tanto en la ficha del producto como en las condiciones de venta, los tonos de los productos respecto a las imágenes en web, pueden variar según la fabricación, la luminosidad, las pantallas digitales, etc.

Respecto a las pendientes, todos los platos llevan su pendiente, cuando lo coloque en el suelo, incluso al tacto, puede comprobar que dichas pendiente están. Todos los platos de ducha llevan pendientes, sino no podrían desaguar el agua correctamente.

Ha quedado muy bien corresponde a las medidas que indiqué, llegó en 1 semana.
La atención y explicaciones de Balenarian bien! Me recomendaron un instalador en la zona, lo único que me gustaría más que ofrecieran el servicio conjunto de comprar la mampara y hacer la instalación en vez de tener que buscar la instalación por separado, aunque como decía al estar en Madrid me recomendaron ellos uno y fue muy bien! Gracias!!

Estoy muy contenta con la mampara ,buscaba una que no fuese muy cara por qué en un futuro quiero plato y en las tiendas de 600euros no bajaba está mampara calidad precio y gastos de envío gratuitos super económica me queda genial parece que no estuviese, gracias balnearian.
