Tuve un problema con el pedido, y es que uno de los botes llegó foto. Reclamé, tardaron casi 2 semanas en darme una respuesta, y como respuesta recibí un email con lo que parecía un albarán de correos. Entendí que me enviaban un producto nuevo, y sigo esperando...
No volveré a pedir.

Hola Sonia,

Nada mas recibir tu reclamación enviamos una nueva mascarilla a la dirección de correos que nos facilitaste (a continuación). El envío estuvo en la oficina durante 15 días y no has ido a por el. Te enviamos e-mail avisandolo y también recibiste sms de correos solicitando la recogida.

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido, le tenia esperanza a este gorro y es malisimo.
Con un secador de baja potencia me pasa lo mismo que con uno de mucha potencia, el gorro se sale.
Con el aire que pasa por el tubo se sale el gorro y tambien calienta mucho las orejas.
