Pongo dos estrellas al envío porque pese a haber marcado mi oficina de correos más cercana la web me lo siguió enviando a la del municipio de al lado. Tuve que cambiar toda mi rutina el día que recibí la notificación cuando normalmente puedo cruzar la calle y recoger mi pedido.
Por otro lado estoy muy contenta porque llegó en perfecto estado y los productos son de gran calidad.

Gracias por dejar tu comentario! Pararemos nota a la equipe de informático para que solucionen la incidencia que nos comentas. Normalmente, al elegir una oficina de correos esa ya queda grabada. Por lo visto en tu caso no se ha grabado correctamente. En cualquier caso, en tu próximo pedido pedimos que confieras los datos atentamente antes de finalizar la compra.

Answer Bellasil

Hola Begoña,

Realizaste el pedido un domingo (18/2) con envío Paq 72h de Correos. Enviamos tu pedido el lunes y Correos tenia de plazo 72h para realizar la entrega, es decir, el jueves 22. Por motivo de la nieve y que las algunas carreteras estuvieron cerradas el pedido se retrasó 1 día, y la entrega se realizó el 23/2,
