Agradecemos que nos hayas dejado tu comentario porque nos das la oportunidad de explicarte que somos distribuidores oficiales de Kativa y todos los productos que vendemos son lógicamente originales y son vendidos tal cual salen de fábrica. Quisiéramos aclararte que ninguno de los productos de la linea KERAPRO viene precintado y la cantidad en el interior de cada botella es tal cual la indicada en las especificaciones del producto.

Gracias por tu comentario! Nos gustaría aclarar que los productos de Kativa no vienen precintados. La cantidad es la que marca en el rótulo de la botella, es decir, 60ml. Por otro lado informarte que somos distribuidores oficiales de Kativa.

Al estar en las Islas Canarias, hemos podido detectar que había un problema en aduanas de Canarias que no podian realizar na nacionalización del pedido porque la factura se había extraviado. Conforme nuestra conversación por teléfono, pudimos enviar una copia de la factura a la oficina correspondiente y ya hemos recibido tu confirmación de haber recibido correctamente el pedido.

El envío super rápido y con muestras de Novex. El Kerapro la verdad que hace su función como incida, no tengo el pelo teñido ni tratado y el resultado ha sido muy bueno . La cantidad de tratamiento es justa para mela larga y abundante.
