Debo decir que no estoy nada satisfecha con la atención al cliente y los tiempos de envío: recibí el paquete dos semanas después de realizar el pedido cuando se indicaba que tardaría 1-5 días. No fue hasta el noveno día en que escribí preguntando por el pedido cuando se me informó de que la camiseta no estaba en stock y tardaría más. Era un regalo de cumpleaños que llegó tarde. Si no había stock, deberían informarlo en la web porque hubiera elegido otro modelo. Igualmente, deberían haber informado del retraso desde el principio y no esperar a que yo lo reclamara. Por último, en el correo que me escribieron en respuesta al mío decían que me enviarían un regalo para compensar las molestias. Ese regalo no llegó. Da igual, no es por el regalo, pero si no lo van a cumplir, mejor no decir nada.
