En Atencion al cliente me contestaron rápidamente a través de Whatsapp con una incidencia en el pedido, lo cual me dió confianza para realizar la compra.El envio llegó rápido, pero el artículo no estaba precintado y presentaba muestras de haber sido desembalado y eso genera dudas sobre su uso o exposición anterior, aunque el artículo estaba en buen estado.

Es perfecto para evitar daños en el cabello la vez que no utilice olaplex 1 en la mezcla de decoloración me estropeó muchísimo el pelo ,tuve que ponerme un montón de aceite mascarillas para repararlo, y eso que sólo me doy unas balayages, pero con este kit y en concreto el número 1 de olaplex protege muchísimo y no daña así el decolorante, eso sí sube un poco menos ,pero deja el tono muy natural y sano.

Me ha llegado muy rápido y todo perfecto,el kit traveling de olaplex es bastante recomendable,me he dado unas mechas y puse 1 mililitro de olaplex 1 en la mezcla y protege mucho el pelo de los daños de la decoloración, hace falta dejarlo un poco más porque tarda más en subir,pero es un gran producto
