Le pedimos disculpas por la tardanza en la entrega de su pedido, Jose Miguel. Habitualmente, cumplimos con los plazos de entrega establecidos de 24 a 48 horas. Sin embargo, durante el día previsto para su envío, Valencia estuvo bajo alerta roja por condiciones meteorológicas extremas, lo que nos obligó a cerrar temporalmente nuestras instalaciones por seguridad.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes ocasionados y agradecemos su comprensión.
