Muy mal reparto, se equivocaron en el receptor(pusieron el mismo nombre del emisor) , se perdio y tardo más de lo previsto.
Tuvo que ir el receptor a por el paquete.

Hola, el pedido ha llegado de forma correcta y muy rápido. Sin embargo al tratarse de un pack de regalo de Navidad creo que podría mejorarse la presentación y enviarlo en una caja de regalo o algo así.

Aún no ha llegado a su destino, y tampoco hay número de seguimiento o algo en la web. Y siendo un regalo que he pedido desde otra comunidad tampoco tengo manera de hacer un seguimiento mejor... :( creo que deben mejorar este tema.

El vino perfecto pero la empresa de transporte un desastre, no dejaron ni aviso ni mandaron mensaje en el primer intento de entrega, al llamar en el segundo intento me explican que la entrega era por la mañana (como si los españoles no tuviéramos que trabajar de mañana)... le comenté que mi trabajo está a 3 min de mi casa pero no me subió el paquete. Al final me recomienda que vaya a recogerlo a la central de Nacex en Los Majuelos, no entiendo para qué pagas un servicio de entrega a domicilio si al final tienes que irlo a recoger! No creo que pida más online!!!

Es un vino que me gusta muchísimo, lo prive en vuestra bodega el año pasado, este año me quedé con ganas de volver para hacer otra visita... Es un lugar precioso y una bodega muy bonita.
Espero poder ir pronto.. En cuanto se pueda volver a Tenerife..

Desde hace mas de 10 años que visitamos Tenerife y hace igual numero de años que disfrutamos de un excelente vino: Monje tradicional. Este año 2020 todo es diferente y por esa razon estabamos buscando el como traer Tenerife a casa. El descubrir que podemos pedir directo de las Bodegas Monje y el profesionalismo y la amabilidad con que respondieron a nuestras preguntas, nos ha permitido no extrañar tanto Tenerife. Muchisimas gracias por todo y les deseamos todo lo mejor hoy y siempre y que siempre nos agasajen con vinos tan exquisitos. Un abrazo y saludos desde Alemania!
