Buenos días ,
siento decir que ha sido una odisea.
El pedido ha llegado 5 días tarde y cuando lo he tenido en mi domicilio,
no sabía si era vino o unas botellas de caldo/puchero como decimos en andalucía o cocido madrileño recién salido de la lumbre.
Respecto a la atención al cliente , lo mismo . He enviado varios mensajes sin respuesta .
En definitiva , muy regular. Una pena.

Buenos días.

Antes de nada, queremos pedirle disculpas por el retraso en la entrega. Hemos comprobado el seguimiento y, efectivamente, el envío sufrió una incidencia durante el transporte. Aunque el pedido salió de nuestras instalaciones el martes y la previsión era que lo recibiera entre el miércoles y el jueves, finalmente fue entregado el lunes. Ya hemos presentado una reclamación a la delegación de GLS de Málaga para que revisen lo sucedido y evitar que vuelva a ocurrir.

En cuanto a la atención al cliente, lamentamos mucho esa percepción. Hemos revisado nuestros registros y no nos consta ningún mensaje recibido por nuestra parte, por lo que es posible que se produjera un error al contactar o que el mensaje se enviara a un número distinto. En cualquier caso, sentimos que no haya podido recibir la atención que esperaba.

Lamentamos sinceramente las molestias ocasionadas y esperamos tener la oportunidad de ofrecerle una mejor experiencia en el futuro.
