Hice el pedido hace un mes, he intentado pedir informacion sobre lo que tardaria, jamas me han contestado a un solo email. Se supone que se envio el 3 de Enero, a dia 12 no tengo nada y ya me han mandado un email para que evalue un pedido que no tengo y sobre el que no me responden. Malisimo trato, no repetire. Le pongo una estrella, porque no me deja no ponerle ninguna.

Pues acabo de recibir el bolso. Y tengo k decir k no me lo esperaba así. Es mucho mejor de lo k yo pensaba. Buen cálidad y acabados. La atención al cliente espectacular. No me llegaba el bolso y me lo solucionaron al momento. Y cualquier duda k tengas tardan 0 en responder. Recomendaré a familiares y amigos. Gracias

El producto es de buena calidad, pero no me llego lo que pedi, me llego otro color, es cierto que se lo dije a la chica y me han dado la solucion de cambiarmelo por el que pedi, pero ello conlleva un retraso en mi pedido, ya que tienen que hacer el correcto y volverlo a enviar.
