Muy atentos y amables ante cualquier incidencia. Me escribieron para decirme que, del café que había pedido, no me podían mandar (de forma inmediata) uno recien tostado y que el que tenían llevaba tostado un par de semanas. Por si ver si quería cambiar o aceptarlo. Otro sitio te lo manda sin decir nada. Me pareció un detallazo.

La atención estará ordinaria, muy amables y atentos, en todo momento y dispuestos a solucionar un pequeño problema que surgió en el pedido.
El paquete llegó muy rápido y el contenido de calidad y a la altura de lo que esperábamos. Solo hemos probado uno de los cafés, que está muy bueno, aunque aún estamos probando la forma de optimizar el café a través de los diferentes grados de molienda, por ejemplo.

Este Pack Trilogía es perfecto para conocer tres magníficos cafés. Me gustan especialmente los cafés africanos y tanto Ruanda como Congo me han sorprendido gratamente. Sobre todo, este último.
Perfecta la atención recibida, café recién tostado y recibido a tiempo.
Poco más se puede pedir...
